depends whether they are hindu or muslim. i'd say probably muslim. nothing alcoholic. do u have a local asian district? they can be quite helpful if you ask in the shops

A piece of advice. I would stay away from religious gifts no matter what the religion just for the fact that it's too easy to get something wrong or offend. How about something of a different nature?
