i eat no fruit of veg, and i feel pretty bad-seeing as i am a teenager (acne..) how can i either improve my diet, or any suggestions on how to start eating properly? (ive tried-but i actually Hate the taste of fruit n raw veg...whats wrong with meee???)

I don't like suggesting vitamins. At your age nutrition should come from food
I have a good quality juicer and use it ti juice fruit and vegetables
A good recipe is :
Carrots
Apples
Beetroot (sweetens any juice)
Brocolli
Slice of lime

Trust me, it tastes nice

Perhaps you should look at what it is you don't like about fruit or veg. Is it the taste or the texture. What foods do you like? For instance if you like ketchup it has tomatoes in it and the same for pizzas. What about juice? You can juice some apples and carrots at home and get big nutrition from a tasty drink. If you like spaghetti bolognese you can chop up some veggies really small and put them into the sauce.

you are so used to the rubbish that you have been eating your taste buds think that the good stuff is bad...

i dont eat any take aways and rarely eat anything that is not organic, but when i do, i can taste the difference.

you just need to persevere, you will eventually learn to love it, and even crave the good stuff!!!

do you have any idea what you are doing to your body by eating so badly??
I suggest you get Dr Gillian's 'you are what you eat' book, it is an eye opener!!!!

Well they have like fresh fruit popsicles, like fruit bars. Or smoothies. You could get fruit and veggies that way. . . .Or try to search for different recipes and ways to make cooked veggies. I hate cauliflower, but if I top it with melted cheese, it's not AS healthy, but I like it, so it's a good way for me to get myself to eat it!!

you can't hate fruit! I'll bet you didn't like beer when you first tasted it, but you grew to like it. Like the lady in the pink cowboy hat says, don't be a baby and just eat it.

you don't like any fruits? How about making a smoothie out of fresh fruits and drinking it?
