I use vanilla yogurt (much better flavor than plain). Also, I use strawberries, peaches and there's this great juice that makes de-lish smoothies. It's called V8 Smoothies- tropical. So good! You also need a little bit of ice. I find that smaller pieces work much better. I add in emergen-c raspberry too, just for the vitamins and the added kick!

Put a good amount of juice in there- I always find I have to mix it up, then add more juice to get it to the right consistency.

Enjoy!!

In blender, combine 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 3/4 cup mango chunks, 1/2 cup banana slices, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 2 tsp. sugar, and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and thick. Garnish with a mint sprig and slices of mango and lime. Serves 2.

Have fun & enjoy!..._;-)
