Pre or Post mortem?

Pre Mortem is a bit hard unless you know someone who matches you.

Post-mortem: let your family and/or friends know and carry a donor card. I currently donate blood and am on the bone marrow register.

Unless its for your aunt, sister, cousin, or best friend, you will be doing yourself a favor by keeping your vital organs. Perhaps instead you should be a organ donor.
