Well the best way to loose weight is by drinking water and excercising. It is best to eat small snacks like oranges, grapes, or apples throughout the day. I usually drink 4-6 8oz glasses of water. Stay away from anything that has the words high fructose corn syrup in it. Like sodas, gateraide and even some juices. Warm noncaffeine teas are excellent to breakup fat and they help with cholesterol. Excercising can be fun if you enjoy being outside, try bike riding its great fun and helps your buttocks, thighs and stomach.

I don’t believe in diet pills working. If they did work our nation today wouldn’t be so over weight.
You lost your 5Lbs because 2Lbs was probably the weight and the rest is water weight.
Shakes won’t help unless they are full-filling and that is the problem with shakes. They wear off in about an hour.
Most pills are an appetite suppressant. What they do is make you crave food less. The only problem with this is your body gets use to the suppressant and over rides it then you are back to square one again. You aren’t losing weight and you are eating more then what you need, and eventually you cycle to another pill in hopes it will have a stronger dose to what ever they use to suppress your appetite.
I am going to give you a link that will take you to a forum about Magic Pills. You may want to surf the rest of the forum. I had found it helpful on my journey to losing weight.
There are far more subjects in the forum besides Magic Pills.

this can likely annoy anybody. women folk especially seem to fall prey to this theory that there are a kind of diets and some 'artwork' even as others do not. there is in reality one weight help application that works: devour a lot less energy than you take advantage of. no one has any difficulty believing that the different is genuine- gown it up any way you want, provide it a type call, have self assurance any claims linked with it you opt for. If a commercial weight help application claims to achieve fulfillment study continually educate it truly is because contributors are eating below they burn off. there is no magic bullet- those complement form products generally are not subjected to a similar double blind sorting out methods with a tremendous pattern crew that drugs are and are hence allowed to make claims that would want to in the different case be unlawful. study the claims on the packaging heavily- there is continually a disclaimer,so don't be parted too quite out of you money. The dull 'a lot less energy in ingredient' helped me lose seven stone (98lbs), and that i actually saved money because I wasn't eating my weight in cake each day.

It doesn't work. The people who've lost 40 pounds have dramatically restricted their diets and upped their exercise. You do NOT lose weight magically by taking a pill. In fact, several of the major companies just lost a lawsuit for false claims based on the fact that their products do not help people lose weight. In this lawsuit there was a study of one of the pills where the test subjects actually GAINED weight.
Stop taking the pills. Change your diet to a healthy, low cal, low fat diet with lots of vegetables. Exercise daily. Then you will lose weight.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Because Herbalife is a SCAM. It won't help you lose weight. If you lost 5 lbs., it had to be through your own diet/exercise.
It's a pyramid scheme. The product does nothing, it's all about making money.

Pills, and special weight loss "vitamins", teas, and other food products may advertise dramatic results, but all they do is empty your pocket. Your best bet is to do it the old fashioned way, and you will appreciate yourself a lot more for it. Eating right, getting enough water, sleep, and exercise will make the biggest difference--not just losing weight, but its overall effect on your heart, lungs, etc.
