Well we have the Book of Mormon.

I have to agree with Beast that The Book of Mormon wouldn't really be a "sequel" because the events of that book took place at the same time as the Bible, so it wouldn't really be a prequel either - What's the movie jargon for something happening in the meanwhile?

But it would be interesting if something we wrote today were seen as scripture in the future wouldn't it?

The Bible was written by followers, about 50 years after Jesus' death. It also originates from scriptures and events that happened around Jesus' time.
It is up to God to decide the fate of the Bible, if another Messiah is born, then yes, there will be another one. About their life as well. But Jesus seems to be the only Messiah that will ever be produced, and he passed, nearly 2000 years ago.

So, no, in conclusion, there probably won't be any additions to the Bible.

in accordance to the Mormons he did. however the zealots from eons previous mentioned he does not write to any extent further. So i assume you're caught with a e book that refers basically to the time-honored international on the time (often what's as we communicate the middle East and factors of Africa and Southern Europe). wisdom of The "New international" wasn't around. do not you think of if God exchange into actual that he might grant updates each century or so? Any way it is going God did not write the bible, guy did and guy is infamous for grandstanding and extreme exaggeration.

There is no other word needed then the word of God. If your denomination needs another book to accompany the bible, then find another church. Gods word is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Since the bible we have tells us of the past, and the future, till the end of time, then there is no need for anything else

If you are on the Winning Side yours is eternal life with the King. If you are on the Losing Side an eternal dammnation awaits you. How will your sequel turn out?

No need, for "the end" the "shew" already written,
even God declared from the (dividead) beginning:
Let there be light(not lights, nor light + darkness).
Pst: light = understanding = grace glory (Prov 4).
("with all thy getting, get understanding": "grace")

In which "things" are an "allegory": Galatains 4.
http://www.godshew.org/Allegory.htm
Written "aforetime" for our "learning": Rom 15... to
Go learn what meaneth "I will have mercy, not sacrifice".

Nevertheless, till we finish 'probating' the will of God,
it's no inheritance to any while it's 'stuck in probate'.
Not to mention do the will precedes receive the promise.
So then, I strongly suggest we all finish 'probating' the will,
especially since the 'BIG Meltdown' has gone exponential.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

If you read the Bible, then you'd know that God said "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book."

Therefore, there should be no sequels.

I doubt it.

To all who have said the Book of Mormon: No it is not. For starters, much of it was written before the New Testament was written. Secondly, the Book of Mormon is a companion, not a sequel.
