As you have not mentioned wheather u r male/female, taking by your name I presume you to be female.

Its all may be one of the following reasons;
1. With age and work load that you do during day hours.
2. Your own health and fittness
3. Climatic condition in that perticular area
4. The way you make sex
Give proper rest to your legs with hot water before going to sleep, add some more nutritions to your food and do some exercise daily

Seems you're not have sex regularly. When you indulge in an activity sport after a long time your muscles ache. Have sex more often and soon you will feel fine.

It seems that your body fitness is not at par. You need to do a lot of exercise. Try doing Yoga. It happens due to irregular blood circulation in your body parts. Maybe due to some pressure, or folding your legs, etc. Yoga or Aerobics can cure this. Please do not use GYM.

Try doing some Pilate's. I do it at the gym and it helps with strength, flexibility, balance, agility and endurance.
My legs are fine after I'm finished with ilpinman.....and we like it hard core!!! ;)

You need to exercise more and increase your leg strength. My gal Melrsoe can remain bend over for hours and hours or ride me for hours and hours without any problems. She works out all the time to maintain her sexy body for my viewing pleasure!

stretch you legs more, so they wont cramp up, easy alteritive to working out alot

i feel u r not having a good nutrition diet. please look in to having nutrious food u will feel better.
