Depends on the type of fart being used for calculation. The American standard fart is slightly smaller than our own Imperial farts, which are now technically illegal and should not be used as we should all now be using European farts that are metric and now called farttes, thanks to Brussels (that's the place and not the vegetable you are using to generate your metric, European farttes).
A standard 12 tog double duvet will hold approximately 60 farttes, which would be about 13.19 imperial farts or 15.79 US Farts

Not sure, I can never seem to torture my girlfriend with more than one fart at a time, so I'm guessing the fabric will only trap a maximum of one before it floats into the ozone. ;-)

i think it depends on the tightness of the weave of the fabric and how much seepage of fart gas there is.
