Let's assume the girl actually is flirting, and not just being nice and friendly. Big difference.
If she's actually flirting, she's willfully doing something that's really annoying---not just a little irritating, but really, really annoying. You need to talk to her about it, and tell her it bothers you.
Be nice. Tell her how it bothers you, and ask if she could maybe tone it down. Be ready to compromise. Since she does it all the time, it's probably a habit, and might just be how she talks to men. She may or may not know that what she's doing comes off as being interested.
In return, you should relax a little and look at what she's done in the past. She's trustworthy, right? Otherwise you woudn't be dating her. Just trust her and let her have her fun.

Depends what kinda flirt she is. There are many levels. My bf use to be the same way. He got over it. As long as she doesn't take her flirting too far and she lets them know she is with you, than you should be okay. Good Luck ;)

flirt with her or get over it . If you are looking for a relationship with a flirt you are setting yourself up to be disappointed.
