I had a friend who used to do that and indirectly telling me I was nice. Never said it directly. I never had anyone else do that to me like that.

if a guy is looking at you from across the room and smilin alot..he definately finds you attractive/appealing* Sometimes they don't know what else to do, but a Smile* speaks volumes* If he wont make the first move go over to him and talk with him.

Very normal, shows that he has interest in you. Really surprise him and go over to him and say something, like hi :) Guys won't always make the first move, and if he won't and you think he seems nice, then go for it.
