well i like this girl and she likes me back! The first thing you need to do is be open and honest with all of your friends. Tell them you two like each other. A true friend will want to keep the friendship and not be stupid over some girl. If your friends understand and are ok with it, then you have some pretty cool friends. If they aren't, then ask yourself if going out with this girl is worth losing your friends over.

wow, there's way too much involvment with everyone. It's probably not a good idea to date her because of that and because she's your friends ex. But, if you two really like eachother and know that you could have something great together, then go for it. Just know that it's going to be hard, people will get hurt and if you're willing to risk it all for her. If you are, then talk to your friend about it. Try to get him to understand your feelings for her, remember he probably won't take it well at first but a good friend can forgive and forget.
