They dont usually care about others.My father betrayed my mom eventhough she loved him and took care of him well.Men are really very selfish.

Men never want to assume responsibility on anything, if you get pregnant they blame on you as if they haven't been there too!

All of them? You are allowing the actions of your father to portray all men and that is not accurate. Many women are self centered as well. Just view this forum, magazines, news ads, etc and discover how women are concerned with their weight, hair, makeup, etc. Is that not self centered?
The bottom line is simple...many people are self centered while many are not. Though, we all have a sense of selfishness within us, it depends how much is taken to the extreme. You have to pick your friends and your partner(s) wisely. Learn about yourself and know who you are. In doing this, you will then have enough confidence to know what you are searching for in friends and partners. Though nothing is a guarantee, you can at least be more assured you won't find a person who is selfish and self centered. And if you do, then move on to the next.

I wholeheartedly disagree with you. You are speaking in grotesque generalities that don't allow for the fact that there are in excess of a few billion men out there and I am pretty sure that not all of them are completely self centered. Ghandi was a man. Jesus was a man.
Also, I know a heck of a lot of self-centered women as well. If you are going to throw generalities around, why don't you claim that everyone is self-centered.

Just because the majority of the men in your family are self-centered does not make every man slef centered. Its like me saying all white people cant dance .. or all black man are criminals .. we need to learn how to treat people as individuals .. When you first meet someone you cant open up to them too quick with out knowing them. Have your guards up until you know that it is safe to put them down ... dont just assume that all men are self-centered.

i think you're generalizing. not all men are selfish any more than all women are money hungry, or all football players are stupid or all basketball player tall. you should never think in such ways, it's called prejudice.
