Usually, when a doctor i describing a wrist fracture, he or she is referring to a fracture of the radius (one of two forearm bones). There are other types of broken bones that occur near the wrist, but a 'wrist fracture' generally means the end of the forearm bone has been broken.

I believe it's a broken wrist.
For what it's worth,I've never broken a wrist that I know of, but I have done every finger (& thumb) on both hands, and most of my toes, mainly from playing Hockey.
Did both arms by falling of a climbing frame when I was a kid, a knee-cap when I got shot (long story) and half a dozen ribs by being kicked in the chest by an 'orse.

Wrist bone(s) - there's quite a few bones in the wrist.
We get lots of calls for people who've fallen and broken something - mainly their wrist, though we see other fractures too (can dislocate the shoulder or fracture the clavicle when you put your hands out to stop yourself falling).

I bet it's the wrist, that little scaphoid bone. This is one of the small carpal bones in the wrist. When we fall, we automatically put our hands out to save us and the impact causes fractures. The scaphoid bone is the most vulnerable in that area.

Depends who you are, how old you are and what your activities are. Toes are favourate and so are collar bones.
Hay! Don't be a fashion slave, you break whatever bone you want to. Let the crowd make their own injuries.

It's your collar bone. It's designed to break if you land on it. Kind of like impact bars
