i was 10kgs overweight and i researched and considered everythng, in the end i decided that healthy eating and regular exercise was the best answr, and it worked. dont waste money on pills and concoctions...if you are willing to spend money, invest it on a gym or personal trainer who will push your motivation, or instead remember your a fantastic person and imagine yourself when you are fit and happy. no price tag on that

Hi,

I would NEVER suggest that people lose weight using pills. That is because the trade in for using pills to lose weight is tat it will greatly affect your health in a negative manner and the effects may not be obvious at first glance. I had a fren who ended up having gout after taking some sort of weight loss pills...

As an iris analyst, I have noticed in most of my analysis that people who consume medication on a long term basis will usually affect the blood supply to their brain...

Would you consider a detox to lose weight? I can assure you it is much safer and much more cost effective.. and good for health as well! :)

I lost 15kg in 2 months using a detox. You can see my before and after pics here:
http://dreamsincredibles.blogspot.com/2005/10/angel-lost-15kg-within-2-months.html

Now, I specialize in helping people lose weight easily and quickly using the detox program i used.

If you do a detox, you will be able to:
- gain better health and
- better vitality and
- even more radiant skin and
- the loss of some excess pounds as well,

All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out.

If you exercise by either running or swimming, it will furthur enhance the results.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

Back when I was 24 years old I took Phenteramine and regretted it.

Yes I did lose 50Lbs on it but the side effects weren’t worth the ride.
The more weight I loss the lazier I got. It made me feel sleepy and I had a loss of energy.

It had went to the point that I was depending on the pills to lose my weight and I wasn’t no longer exercising because I had felt zapped from energy and when I got off work I just wanted to go to sleep. I had eventually become depressed over the fact I felt like I had no energy.

Another side effect that I experience is that it made my skin sensitive. When the temperatures get down to about 35 and below in winter the cold made my skin sting then it would sting so bad I felt like I was on fire. You couldn’t accidentally rub against me with out me complaining. I was already off the pills then and it took 2 years for my body to reset back to normal where I wouldn’t feel like that during winter time. So that was a pretty weird side effect that I had from it.

To make things worse after I got off the pills I gain that weight back and then some. I had became so sick of the whole pill phenomena I sat down and study how my body actually worked with the fat, calories and how to get rid of it and I must say I am on much of a more successful road then I ever had been back then.

In my personal opinion pills aren’t worth the risk.

It's not bad but I have a few points: 1. Your total is 1600 cals which is a good target to lose weight but when you look at the food in your diet a large percentage is coming from those "little" bars or snacks. Try to limit the snacks to one time in a day such as lunch or dinner and replace the others with a healthier option such as another apple, or a banana, or yogurt with strawberries etc. 2. Try not to just rely on soups, although a healthy option, you need to put in some meat, fish, and other sources of iron and zinc. If you just have soups you'll lose weight but not healthily. That's all, enjoy losing weight :)

I don't think taking diet pills will even come close to helping you lose weight all you have to do is eat healthy which is fruits grains and veggies and lean protein but not alot of protien in one day for women....and excercise thats it.....there is no magic weight loss pill its just someone getting rich from people who think they work....

It is OK but only for a few months max. Use that time to adjust your diet to rid it of fat and sugar. Switch to lean meat and fresh fruits and veggies and lots of water.

I know you are concerned. All medications have a possible side effect list. Everyone is different and responds different to medicines. If you are that scared--don't take them.
