so my butt is a pretty good size as it is. Butt (LOL) i am a kickboxer and once i start working out again this season i loose it. Are there any exercises to rebuild that muscle. What about sugery?

try this eexercise, i hope you can get it by what i try and explain, ITS EXCELLENT FOR THE PERFECT ***. stand by a wall, put your hands against the wall arms stretched out, lift one leg back, almost as if you were wanting to stand straight up and touch your foot to the back of your head, depending on your flexability just go back and up ion general. making sure you are SQUEEZING your butt at the same time, not your theighs, tho you will feel a big stretch. and repeat and do it constantly, in the kitchen, while at work, while standing around all day, just do this exercise, i garuntee you will notice a difference in just two days.

Butt firmness is based on three things...1st is your skeleton (not much to do there), 2nd is your muscle development, 3rd is your fat content (this is not a bad thing, We all need fat in our bodies). As you train and burn more calories than you consume than you will burn your stored fat which is your fat. It will come off proportionately but the first place you put it on will be the last place to come off. So, I doubt that your butt will disappear training a kick-boxer. Chance are that due to high leg exercises will firm muscle content of your legs and yes butt. You can do body sculpting exercises for tone. Lastly take in protein so you wont self cannibalize your muscle tissue.

oh please don't do surgery. gawd that just sounds so ridiculous, right? Boob implants are one thing, but *** implants????? REALLY.... LOL

of course their are excersizes, lunges and squats are the best. Also running up hill is great for your butt muscles. (especially in sand) or on a machine with a lot of resistance if you don't live near the beach.

Also back kicks build up muscle in your behind, so I kinda don't understand how your kickboxing training is making you lose your butt........ maybe you aren't eating enough protien???

You don't want surgery, or a bigger butt! Check out any girl who works out, their butt is beautiful, round and firm! That's what you want! Checkout: www.fittv.com There are many exercises for your glutes -also check out fit tv, on your cable network. After you get your beautiful butt, maintaining it, isn't easy! If you stay in shape, guys will check you out, all the time!

I wouldnt suggest surgery. Try doing the excercises that you do when you are kickboxing, when its over that way when it starts again, you'll be ready.

Do more muscle building workouts like squats and lunges and less cardio.

I recommend deep squats and uphill running. It'll keep your butt tone and shaped. My wife has a PHENOMENAL BOOTY and this is what she does to keep her, "ghetto pass" in great shape.
