She left me because she confuse..she still did`nt know wheather she love me..so it`s mean her ex still the no. 1..he..he..she do love me when we first started this relationship..i believe her..and then this happen..any comment or advice out there?

She always loved her ex. You were just a meanwhile thing. She didn't mean to hurt you I'm sure but she did, and feels guilty. Try to move on.

People DO resolve their personal issues and get back together. I do know a couple, who divorced and then got remarried, so good luck to you.
