Well you can stand against a wall bend over and grab your knees. Take 20 or 30 deep breaths. Exhale as much as you can and hold, don't breath in and stand up. Have some one push on your chest pretty hard. And you soon should pass out. We used to do it all the time in 8th or 9th grade. PS make sure your not standing near any thing you could fall on. Take 30 deep breaths standing up. Then squat and take another 30 deep breaths. Then stand up fast. Stick your thumb in your mouth and blow on it without letting air out. Your head feels tingly and then the next thing you know you are on the ground. Don't go near anything that is sharp. And you lose brain cells when you knock yourself. That was a warning.

I tried the holding breath for 30 seconds thing. It didn't work, my body forced me to breath once the carbon dioxide built up, or caused me to burp due to me trying to stop from breathing or swallowing air. Got slightly tingly, but didn't pass out. Plus...have two cats, and they kept staring at me and trying to see if I was okay.

If you hold your breath long enough your body will pass out in order to start involuntary respiration. Mush like shallow water blackout. This is mildly dangerous and can cause other complications like brain damage and heart palpitations in rare cases. Deal with your problems instead of avoiding them temporarily.

Take 30 very deep breaths, then hold your breath and squeeze your self very tight. (Do this for as long as you can).

Do what the kids did when i was in school grab the pressure points on the side of neck squeeze tight and and in a few seconds you should pass out. or you can mix a bunch of different alcoholic beverages that always works.
