Nigeria is a fractal state, working with the gov't there doesn't mean success. You can equate Nigeria NOW to SOmalia of 1993 except a bit more organized. Most of the scams that are pinned on Nigeria are usually run from Morrocco or Thailand and routed through there. The Secret Service knows this. The are bound by US investigative rules and not allowed to pursue things as they would here.
