If she refuses to see a doctor, she won't be able to get help. It's probably a thyroid problem, brought on by her stressful lifestyle.

She is carrying a load of stress upon her. First, she must conclude why she is unstable. This could require a therapist. Second, how about helping her with the chores, housework, kids, etc. The kids are old enough to put their toys and other things away. Start teaching them to help out with that as well. If you pitch in and make this a family affair, you can accomplish the tasks sooner and allow her time to rest.
You can also choose to do the chores for her on certain days to allow her rest. Doctors and medicine are not the only solution to these types of problem. It can lie much deeping. You helping her in many ways can restore her health.

Calm down Hassan, inshallah, it is going to all grow back. This occurs more often than not with pregnant woman because of hormones durring and after being pregnant. My hair acquired quite thick and long and then after I gave beginning all of it fell out then grew again. So are attempting the olive oil and rub the scalp for stimulation. I am not certain if you are saying that she is taking nutrients but when she is not than calm down, just ask her health care professional for some iron pills for pregnant lady, she will even take flinstone iron pills, if they've them their. If it is coming out in clumps and she has many bald spots then i might rather suggest going to the physician cause some thing else might be flawed like alopecia or anything like that, which is quite not tremendously serious.

I recieved this question many times working for a well known world wide company. I suggest she consider taking prenatal vitamans wich you can purchace for about 10$ at a drug store. They are great for nourishment especially if she is not eating right. I would also check to see if she changed conditioner. Some conditioners can actually break hair immensley. Another vitamin specifically for hair that I've seen work in about a month is FOLICURE at Sally Beauty Supply for about 14$ Good luck!

Hi,
Seems like hers is probably due to stress and a lack of sleep.
There are few ways you can help and take good care of her:
- get her some health foods to supplement her health and to make up for the energy that she uses. If her health is back to balance, she will stop losing hair...
- constantly tell her tat you love her and that you can understand her sacrifice for the family
- get her this shower filter tat i am using. It filters away the chlorine and so I no longer drop so much hair when I shower.
For more info, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com

quiet down Hassan, inshallah, that's going to all strengthen lower back. this occurs a variety of of the time with pregnant lady simply by hormones durring and after being pregnant. My hair have been given truly thick and long and then once I gave start all of it fell out then grew lower back. So attempt the olive oil and rub the scalp for stimulation. i'm unsure in case you assert that she is taking supplements yet while she isn't than relax, purely ask her wellbeing practitioner for some iron pills for pregnant lady, she would be in a position to even take flinstone iron pills, in the event that they have them their. notwithstanding if that's popping out in clumps and he or she has many bald spots then i might particularly propose going to the wellbeing practitioner reason something else might desire to be incorrect like alopecia or something like that, that's actual not particularly severe.

High stress will cause her to lose her hair. Poor diet will also cause her to lose her hair, she needs to keep up on her protein in take. The good news is when the stress comes down and she is back to eating properly the damage that is being down will fix it's self.

I was loosing hair like crazy, and the stress ending was not a option. I just cut it. That helped a lot. Now that it is shorter, it doesn't fall out near as much. Hope that helps!

It sounds like this is a lifestyle condition versus a disease. Perhaps you can help her with the housework and children and cooking.
One other medical condition that hasn't been mentioned yet is alopecia (areata, totalis and universalis).

I have a friend who at 35 has thinning hair. She uses Progaine and says it does work, albeit slowly.
