You can't is the answer. You may lighten the teeth around it making it appear a little lighter. Or having all the stains removed with a professional cleaning will give it a lighter effect. But if your considering bleaching your natural teeth and want to bleach the bridge as well, not a chance of that happening. Sorry, only option there is have a new bridge made. The bridge was made to match the shade of your teeth at that time. I'm afraid it's porcelain, like a piece of fine china, it doesn't change color. If your natural teeth have darkened some over time, they can be lightened. But there is no way of judging how light the shade will be, you can only guess at that. If the bridge is over 10 years old, you may want to have it replace anyway. Ask your dentist to evaluate the condition and advise you. Just be sure to let your dentist know you want to bleach your teeth before a new bridge is placed, or made, so it will match. You'll want to allow some down time after bleaching to get a good shade match. Good luck, hope I was of some help.
