Hebrew 10:30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

I can not say that God broke these legs, but I can say that God will allow a person's life to reap what it sows.

God will, if He sees fit, lift his hand of protection from a person, not to torture him or play games with him, but to allow him to suffer from his own mistakes and stubborn will. ---Look at Pharoah and the great plagues!

It is much how a parent allows a child to make mistakes, so they can learn from them. And eventually, hopefully, the person will become humbled enough to admit that they need change in their life and will allow God to enter in and make those changes. ---He is the great Potter and we are the Clay!

You are right to let God deal with your "enemies". You do not need to reap consequences of your own for judging and sentencing others when God clearly says here in Hebrews that judgment belongs to him and if there is any vengeance to be dished out, He will take care of that. :)

JOSIE: That was a good additional verse to add to the subject.

This is 100% true. If you don't believe me, go out and try it. Try to do something bad to someone else. You'll get back something 10 times as bad. The same is true for doing good. If you give $5 you eventually get $15 back. This is a law of nature, the super rich have really observed, but most have not. It is after all, THE ONLY REASON for one's weath. That is to say, one is as wealthy as one is generous. No Way!, you say. Yes Yes. Do you really think that Gates is just giving away his money to fight Aids in order to be a great Humanitarian! HA HA HA! No no, he knows about a universal law. He'll get those billions back in spades and he knows it.

Well, yes, it does take a lot of self-control not to hit back. But the idea is that somtimes I do let things go, especially if it is a family member who did the offense. You don't have to be so adamant all the time. Still I think that if people know that they can take advantage of you and get away with it, they'll sure abuse you. So some self-preservation is needed, won't you say?

im not exactly sure if that was payment for them, but remember in the Bible it is mentioned at least 3 times that vengeance is the Lord's. Jesus also said to turn the other check, though not everyone can do that everytime, but do certainly remember that the word of God is true, trust in it and follow it as much as possible, especially in things like this.

You can bet your booties God takes care of his own.. this is long , but its good reading..
Vengeance is Mine Sayeth the Lord.....

Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord. I am asked occasionally if that is
actually in the Bible. Yes it is. It is found in Deuteronomy 32:35 NKJV,
"Vengeance is Mine, and recompense; Their foot shall slip in due time; For
the day of their calamity is at hand, And the things to come hasten upon
them". God states that He will take vengeance on those who come against His
people. Once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and turned your
life over to Him, your Heavenly Father, like any good father, will come to
the aid of his child. If you are not abiding in Jesus, you can yell "Sic'em
God" from the rooftops, and He will not hear you. The only communication
with God is through His only Son, Jesus Christ.

You will notice too that the scripture says, "Their foot shall slip in DUE
time. That means that only God knows where and when and how those that came
against you will be punished. But He also assures us with the words, "And
the things to come hasten upon them" that it will be soon. That does not
mean that you can go out and behave in a way toward people that will not
reflect the Christ that dwells in you. If you are out making trouble,
gossiping and hurting others, especially other children of God, then YOU can
expect to be punished just as severely as those that would come against you.
Everyone of us needs to be about God's work for our lives. If we stick to
that, we should never have to worry about punishment for the way we treat
others.

Will you see the downfall of your enemies? We are very "result orientated"
these days. And the flesh side of us wants to see someone cut down if they
have really hurt us or our family members. God says that "Vengeance is MINE
and recompense". If God thinks that you should see the results of His
punishment, then He will allow it. I personally pray for those that come
against me because I am assured of the words of my Father and I know that He
will take care of my defense. I have even asked God at times to ignore what
just happened to me. Sometimes it is just better to be rewarded for turning
the other cheek than to see blood.

God's integrity is pure and consistent and perfect. He is the perfect
judge. If you get that into your heart, you will have less of a "revenge"
mentality in your life and you will be a better person if you become more
Christ-like in your everyday living. Remember, Jesus saw the things you
would be doing to yourself and others as He hung dying from the cross. He
did not call on His Father's vengeance, but he said to His Father, FORGIVE
THEM....

Revenge is mine sayth the Lord!

If you went out on the revenge to get back at another, it would not really settle right in your soul. What good is it to go after another? All that would show is your level mind is now on the same level as theirs. Be a better person, if revenge is to take place, leave it to the LORD.

Revenge if you can erase your memories, otherwise you have to live the rest of your life with the knowledge you have done wrong.

And yes there is Bad Karma, it happens when you done alot of bad things and all this negative energy will soon attract a accident or incident you did not expect. You cant live with a negative energy, you have to ballance it somehow.

I believe in karma so deeply I don't even question it, but everybody is entitled to their own beliefs.

I would not get revenge, because the revenge you got REPLACES God's karma and you become the balance, but also you will be receiving negative karma as well. Just leave God to do his thing and be the better person.

Give it to God(on high) gives place to revenge(Law: Wrath).
The "higher" exhortation is give "no place" to the Devil(Law).
In which (Law/Grace)things(contrary things) are an "allegory".

It's "either make the tree good(grace) OR corrupt(law)".
For "both good and evil" has a latter end that's "worse".

Worse: "more the CHILD of hell" than Pharisees: Mt 23

Worse: "seven other spirits more wicked": Mt 12:45

Pst: Law is "both good and evil": Heb 5
Grace is good ONLY; Never evil(law).

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
