do you take them on an empty stomach? that can be a reason for the nauseated feeling. also i know that the multi vitamin i take is HUGE and can sometimes stick in my throat and make me gag a little resulting in upset stomach. try breaking it in half.

I'm not sure why this happens, but it's not uncommon. Try taking it a few minutes after eating a meal. It works for me much better than it did taking them on an empty stomach with coffee...

multi vitamins make me vomit even if i take them with food. my doctor said it was because my stomach had a hard time breaking it down and that many multi vitamins actually give you more vitamin than you need. try a liquid multi vitamin, ive found its easier on the tummy.

You might want to take half at a time or take with food. I use a multi from GNC and you are supposed to take two a day but I take only one and am healthy.

your dose is either too high or you're having an allergic reaction to it. i used to have those feelings with vitamin d pills and ever since i cut back on the dosage to 100 mg rather than 250mg i feel much better in the morning.

Don't take them first thing in the morning or on an empty stomach! Try taking one right after lunch instead.

They do that to me, too. I've tried taking them with food, but I still got nauseated. I finally stopped trying to take them. Honestly, you don't need them unless you have really BAD eating habits.

I would agree with the other answers....try taking them with food. May be easier on you if you take them at bedtime. Doesn't matter when you take them...as long as it's close to the same time of day every day. Good luck!
