I was at a diner with my girlfriend and her mother. I had an olive with the hard pits not the redish orangish stuff. The pits been in me for about a week. It hasn't come out yet and i don't want to have surgery or anything. How do I get it out?

Just eat some fiber. It will come out.

It will eventually pass normally, if it hasn't already. How can you be sure it hasn't? If it gets lodged in a pocket of your intestine, it will cause pain, and then you would have to have it surgically removed, but that is unlikely. Increase the fiber in your diet for a few days, and let nature take its course.

How do you know it hasn't come out? Are you dissecting your poop? Go to the Dr. for an x-ray to see if it still there.
