I'm 39 and having acne problems! I used ProActiv for awhile, but it stopped working and now have turned to the teenage solutions. I don't eat junk food and I drink lots of water.
any ideas?

Change pillowcase more often. Wash hair before bed time. Try clear fragrant dye free glycerin soap. Dabs of toothpaste on reddened areas can calm it down overnight. Visine kills the redness down too.

Try Eucerin products. For sensitive skin. $8.00

Maybe dabs of witch hazel or tea tree oil will do it for you. (clearing).

Tried Phisoderm?

Check for these on www.drugstore.com to see more accurate pricing. Maybe freebies. or go to www.walmart.com.

Edited in 9:am tuesday 1/16: See a dermatologist. I was given Metro Cream. Use nightly. Use sun/wind protection during the day. The tradeoff is easily burnt/reddened skin. It works for me. This is available at pharmacies only, not over the counter/off the shelf.
