Glue will eventually ruin your hair. The latest trends actually involve shorter snappier styles which mean ditching extensions. If you do want to use them whilst growing your own hair then I would say clip-ins are best.

I had glue, its fine at first, but the glue turns a white colour when they have been in for a while and your hair snaps off a bit where the glue joins the extension to your hair

Clips are great as they come out, lots fo my friends have them atm. They look natural too however be careful they dont fall oiut and cant be seen - not a good look. Glue keeps them secure and means the clip part cant be seen, so they both have their advantages depending on what youre looking for :) LuxXxx

I have used the clips and they are better than glue. they are less damaging to your hair. and much easier to take out.

I have my extensions weaved into my hair. They put 3 rows of thin scalp plats in my hair and then weave the extension in - it only costs £10 a row and lasts for 10 weeks. It doesn;'t damage your hair and is really cheap and easy to do. Women who specialise in afro hair are really good. But anyway - clips

glue is a permanent method that would last for three ish months before you would have to have them removed and replaced, they are expensive and take a long time to have put in, clip In's you would have put in at the salon the first time where they would show you how to do it and cut them to blend to your hair, they are a one off payment and you don't have to go back every three months, hope this helps

clips are easier to get out when u want them out, and cheaper to maintain, thou just be aware that u can see the clips more than u would see the glue, there not that obvious though.
