First of all, don't waver ("sometimes I'm nice, other times a jerk") because you're giving him mixed signals. Be clear and tell him to STOP.

If this doesn't work after 2 or 3 more similar incidents, go talk to your supervisor. If his behavior gets WORSE, go talk to your supervisor immediately.

Good luck.

Go to management about this situation. I had a guy @ work doing that to me and others @ work. When I found out he was doing it to all the ladies I decided to speak up about it to management. He was told that it is sexual harrassment and will be fired if it continues. He stopped and we get along fine now. They should have to keep the complaint confidential so it does not cause more problems with both of you @ work. Good luck!

Tell the creep to knock it off or else you will tell your supervisor about it. If it continues, threathen a law suit against him. Sexual harrasment is no longer tolerated. Good luck.

Report him to Human Resources for Sexual Harrassment .... or at least threaten to. If he doesn't stop, he loses his job. Simple!

Tell him that this is a work place and you don't appreciate his actions. If that doesn't work, tell your supervisor. What he is doing could be considered sexual harrassment.
