I have this new coworker for few months, I LIKE her lot, but she seem not interested, i asked her out once two month ago and now recently. she refusssed.
how i can be be just friend with her/ and how i let her know that now i want freindship nothing more.... instead giving her the felling that i am still following her,,
Should i just go to her and tell her that i just want to be friend or just play it cool? and only say hi,,not much..else talking..

GOOD LUCK TO YOU..Tell her you had a crush on her before. And that you understand that she isn't interested in dating, but you would like to just be Friends with her and go out as that. Invite her to something casual, like coffee, or a lunch so she can get comfortable with you to see if she wants to be friends or not.

I was in a similar situation with a girl who was going through a divorce, she was not interested in relationships at all. I asked her out and she said ok, but it wasnt going to be a date. Just explain that your interested in being her friend and initially you were attracted but you understand she doesnt want to be more then friends and are ok with it. She will understand im sure and it will break the awkwardness between you two.

Well... I think you should talk to her about it. It's best if she knows - and if she doesn't she might feel uncomfortable and she would be misinformed really which is never good.
I'm not sure how you should go about it though. You could begin with "I can accept that you wouldn't like to date now," and go on with the fact that friendship would be fulfilling enough.

You have to be first be her friend at work. Don't ask for her number or anything. Just go up to her and talk to her in a friendly way. Have conversations with her. Then after doing this for a while ask her to go somewhere with her. Like ask her to hangout with you somewhere as long as you don't ask her to a romantic place.

Sounds like you must have tried a little to hard. She let you know her feelings, let it go at that. Just say a friendly Hi and walk on by.
Let her know she has nothing to be afraid of.

well it obvious what she wants so say look I would like to meet maybe for lunch and chat nothing else.Tell her if she feels uncomfortable she can leave anytime.Say I would like to be friends and let her pick the place and time or double up with one of your friends and one of her she might feel safer.

just act like always... but start talking with other girls in the same way, don't' give her much attention but still be cool with her.... as soon she notice you act the same with everybody else, either she'll feel relieve or she'll feel jealous... its her call now!!!
