It's hypersomnia. Insomnia means lack of sleep, hypersomnia means sleeping too much.
Narcolepsy is a disease with hypersomnia as a symptom. Randomly falling asleep indeed happens in people with this condition, along with cataplexia (meaning the muscles relax abnormally when heavily emotional).
