It depends how long you've felt like this - short term could be dehydration or just a virus like a cold or flu - if you've felt like this for longer it could be heaps of things from depression to diabetes or some kind of more serious infection. Don't worry at this stage, the best thing to do would be to see your GP or if you feel you can't wait for an appointment phone NHS 24 08454242424 in Scotland or NHS Direct in England or Wales - you'll be able to speak to a nurse who will discuss your symptoms with you and send a dr to visit you if she thinks you need it or tell you what to do if not. If you have a rash that doesn't disappear when you press it go to a+e right away. Try not to worry - it's unlikely to be anything serious. Hope you feel better soon xx

Change the feeling sick for heartburn, lethargic and a cotton wool stuffed head and you could have a hangover.
This could also be the start of Flu.
In fact if you were to look up initial symptoms, you'd probably find this could be almost anything from a common headcold through to the Black Death!
Try a Lemsip or other type of Hot flu remedy.
If you're still concerned after a couple of days or if your condition suddenly worsens, see a doctor.

Too non specific. Cold be anything from a virus to depression to food poisoning etc.
Need details:
age gender. duration symptoms, history of illness in past. How and when symptoms came on and any of your ideas as to why. Associated chest or gut symptoms?
