i cant be bothered to study ,or excersise,or get a boyfriend,
what should i do?

I would try to get involved in something - anything, really - and just throw yourself into it. Volunteering is a great option, as you'll be very productive and help other people, while at the same time giving yourself something to do. If that doesn't work out, you could always just set a goal for some sort of activity - decide to make the honor roll in school (if your school has that... dunno how common it is...), or to start running and gradually be able to go a few miles without stopping, or even to run a marathon. And plus the exercise will give you endorphins! And endorphins are nice. = )

Or... you could just go out to eat with friends. That always makes me happy. Laughing and eating good food... amazing. But if you're going to get a boyfriend, please don't let him take over your life... that tends to happen, especially when there's nothing else to look forward to, and then it's just bad.

Oh - and you may want to talk to a psychiatrist, like others have mentioned. If it is depression, the meds they prescribe will probably help.

Well, you can start with a new hairdo... That might in and of itself improve the social situation 100%

You are probably not using your time, for you... Find what you like, what turns you on, and do it.

You sound like a right brain er living under the pressures and restraints of a left brain society. Get your butt up and go to a museum. Take an art class teach yourself an instrument... and use your vision and talent to express yourself in more ways than just a Green Mohawk!

When the brain doesn't have an outlet for its creativity... it beings to hate the body that refuses to do anything about it and self mutilates in the form of punk rock attire! LOL...

Im kidding... I know that you probably look nothing like your avitar... Im just saying... Get out and go do something creative!

there are people that are feeling worse than you..think for example who is in hospital and maybe tommorow will die for a bad sickness like a cancer..you are young and you have all of your life to fell good and to be optimist! there will be a moment where you'll say: my life has been wonderful! don't throw it away now! (sorry for the mistakes..i'm italian!!) XD

try new things out, take a new direction everytime. Change. It works. Try walking, at first it's boring and hard, but then your body will want to do it and it will naturally lift you off of your depression.

you really need to go to the doctor about it
you sound like you might be depressed ... or maybe you have panic disorder that keeps you from getting out and living the life you could be having...please go and find out....your worth it!

You might have depression and need medication. Talk to therapist or your doctor.

try helping others? volunteer, it will fill you up with something, it's better than a void of existing for nothing, try it, I bet you will find it more rewarding than you believe.
