ok so i want to lose some more weight cuz i did crack a bunch and lost weight but now i want to do it the right way i used to be anorexic and bulimic when i was little and dont want to go that way again any one know of any good diet pills to lose weight good

First of all, stay away from diet supplements and don't restrict calories too much, both are counterproductive to what you want to achieve. When you do start to eat again, you will be sure to gain back whatever you lose, plus some more. When you don't eat your body perceives itself as starving and lowers your metabolism (how fast you burn calories) to compensate. Instead, you should go for weight loss in a manner that will last.
Your body actually raises its' metabolism each time you eat. What you should do is take your normal diet and spread it out over 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day. This will help give your metabolism a boost.
Stay away from the obvious things - cookies cakes and candies. Soda is a real killer; one twelve ounce can of soda will support about 11 pounds of body weight for a body at rest for an entire day. Don't eat anything within 4 hours of going to bed. And stay away from things made with white flour; your body processes it just like sugar. Eat foods made from whole grains instead.
Any continuous exercise (walking, cycling, etc.) that you do for more than twenty minutes kicks in the fat burning machine. After twenty minutes, on average, your body starts to burn fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. And, you can do your exercises first thing in the morning. This gives your metabolism a boost for the entire day.

Diet pills are an east way out that is not that effective. Could you change your lifestyle a bit? Like discipline and exercize it will make you a better more healthy person in the end. Diet pills tend to sway back and forth and cause problems far more than losing weight.

Diet pills are not the answer. You best bet for a real way to eat is to join weight watchers. They teach you to eat real food. There is no joining fee right now and the meetings are great. I loss 70 pounds 20 years ago and have kept it off and still follow the program. It lets you eat real food and not feel deprived when outside of your home or in a party situation. They teach you shopping options and cooking options for you and its great too if you have a family they can benefit and you don't have to change what's being cooked and served.

One option instead of pills you may want to try "Curves" Their workout is excellent and you don't have to spend the whole day exercising. 30 seconds on each machine and you go around the circuit twice. You finish with stretches and u'r out in 45 minutes. I exercise 3 times a week and I've lost 5 lbs, gained muscle and more energy as well as increased my heart rate and metabulism. The cost is about 39.00 per month.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY & LOOSE WEIGHT:
Drink lots of water, at least 8 - 10 glasses daily.
Prefer eating fresh fruits and vegetables to stored or canned ones as they lose some nutrients during storage !
Avoid eating junk food like noodles, pizzas, wafers sweets, icecreams, soft drinks etc. as they lack minerals and proteins and hence add to body weight.

did u say that u did "crack" and thats how u lost alot of weight? why would u put yourself out there like that? Sorry, i am not trying to sound rude or mean but....honestly (based on your previous questions) it sounds like u need more help than just weight loss or diet pill help...i hate to hear stuff like this...U sound like your are miserable...Please take care of yourself...Cause honestly no one else can or is going to do it EXCEpt YOU ...

the only way you'll lost weight is by burning MORE calories than you EAT. If you eat a sandwich, salad and a cookie, it may approx. 2,000 calories..? maybe a little less...
so, you 'll have to burn about 3,000 calories.
That's the only way to lose weight.
Take a spinning class, you'll sweat up a storm and get in great shape!!

I would say not to use diet pills my cousin died because of that and you should maybe check in to one of the Bally's or Gyms like those and it really works.

Any diet pills you try are only good if you increase your exercise.....if you do that and watch your diet then you'll be fine.....and by watching your diet i don't mean starve yourself.....judt don't over do it on anything high in calories

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
