Just wondering, how come all you kids with the above answers are able to answer this question, have you all done bussiness with Anglia Double Glazing and been treated badly or are you all doing the usual, ie grabing 2 easy points.

same reason why BT , British Gas and The Royal Mail do. Because they are a big enough company that they dont really care if one or two people stop using them, it doesnt make a difference to them. They dont see why they should pay money on customer care training when they can have it as a bonus instead

because people still buy from them, despite the horror stories, they sell cheaply and only when it's in do people realise just what they have bought
