Blaspheming is against God, while cursing could be against God or man

Blaspheming is relative to religion for which you are referencing. One man's blasphemy is another man's truth. Can "Blasphemy" actually offend God? If God is all powerful, all knowing, all LOVING, then how could he be offended? Blasphemy is a process of finding spiritual truth. Back to the LOVE part. If you curse at your friend, do they hate you? Do they want to punish you? Will they hurt you? Most likely not. Most likely they will forgive you. Now your friends are far from perfect. So if God is perfect LOVE. Then the good news is....that God will not hate you, not punish you, not hurt you. So I guess this doesn't really answer the question. Blasphemy is putting forth false religious beliefs. Cursing is verbally insulting someone. So in the strict sense they are very similar, but in the end it is all about God. So try not to let this keep you up at night. All is forgiven. Anyone who tells you God will punish you is giving God very childish attributes, very human attributes. Don't let them squish God into such a constraint. God loves you and forgives you. He requires nothing of you but to experience life and love and to live without Fear. It is the perfect promise from a perfect Being. Does this help?
