Not my dark side, but sometimes my Italian side hehe ;)
I try to treat everyone with the respect I want to be treated with, but sometimes when people are purposely being disrespectful, my blood pressure rises. I wont "lose my religion" here even if I dont like the way many of those who claim the same religion act.

Don't, Jesus siad this beofre He ascended, if I be lifted up on Earth, I'll draw all men unto me. Meaning, we don't have the power to do it. We can try and talk rational to some, but don't lose what God has given you with those who are beyond ignorant. The devil is busy and so cunning they don't even know they are being used by him. So hoeny let them pick, and scorn, and slander the name of Jesus. Let me tell you something, when they stand before God, Himself, they won't be laughing long. The bible says that our God is a consuming fire, do you think so ignornat person who don't use the brain God literally gave Him will mathc u p to our Father. Be still and know that He's God!!!!! Just log off like I do, when it gets to be tooo much. I was about to answer one of these questions that was really blaspeming the name of our Lord, and the Holy Ghost whispered in my ear, DON'T!!! He said if you respond in agner behind this person, then you're no different from he. Don't be ugly, display Christ to these people, I mean He was and still is the Prince of Peace. Be Blessed in the Lord!

maybe a little. You just have to remind yourself that that the people on Y!A don't represent the general population of the planet. I'm an atheist and if you lose your religion, do it because that is logical and makes the most sense, not because you are frustrated with people on the R&S forum.

Life is bigger
It's bigger than you
And you are not me
The lengths that I will go to
The distance in your eyes
Oh no I've said too much
I set it up
That's me in the corner
That's me in the spotlight
Losing my religion
Trying to keep up with you
And I don't know if I can do it
Oh no I've said too much
I haven't said enough
I thought that I heard you laughing
I thought that I heard you sing
I think I thought I saw you try
Every whisper
Of every waking hour I'm
Choosing my confessions
Trying to keep an eye on you
Like a hurt lost and blinded fool
Oh no I've said too much
I set it up
Consider this
The hint of the century
Consider this
The slip that brought me
To my knees failed
What if all these fantasies
Come flailing around
Now I've said too much
I thought that I heard you laughing
I thought that I heard you sing
I think I thought I saw you try
But that was just a dream
That was just a dream
Peace and Love

no...it just makes me learn a little more, do research a little deeper, and think a little higher. then i am also able to see what others are thinker. i like it. :)
but then, after i think about it, i have always been taught to think on your own beliefs and research it yourself. find out the truth and don't just believe everything you hear, look into it. see if its acceptable. i guess b/c im part of a minority religion in the US, Hebrew Israelite, that I just have to think wider with a listening ear...

Not especially.
I like to think that it brings out my eloquence. In explaining things to others, I also become more certain myself of what I believe.
It's kind of like knowing how to do something, but never having had to teach it to someone else. Once you are in the position of teaching something to others, you discover just how much (or how little) you know, yourself, about it.
I'm happy that in my case, it's been a discovery of how much I know, not how little.

It brings out my angry side. I realize that some who speak out against my religion are trying to turn me back to their beliefs, but it just makes me firmer in mine.

I encounter weird and wonderful beliefs here that I never knew existed-most of the time it just leaves me perplexed.
