I'm successful, but not really rich. All women are different, so base your answer on the average woman. Thanks.

Age should not be the most important thing by any means. But if you don't want to be the butt of jokes, try to go with 38 and over. Besides that, remember that women your age are reaching their sexual prime (usually 40's and 50's) so maybe going "younger" might not be the answer. You might not want to be in a position within a few years that she is wanting to be far more active than you will be able to handle.

My son just turned 40 and his last girl friend was 7 years older than him. The only reason he broke up with her was because she was to controlling with him. She wanted everything her way. Well, that's the story I got anyway. But the point is that he doesn't have a problem dating older women. Actually, I think he prefers it. He is not really interested in having kids or raising some other mans kids. I think that there are a lot of men out there that feel the same way. My son says the same thing about dating younger women. They seem to not know exactly what they want. Change their minds all the time. Want a baby. Get their nose out of joint if you even look at another woman.....they are so insecure. He just feels he is to old to go through that any more. So, you older gals out there need to think about dating someone a little younger or your age. Don't think that they all want a 20 something girl. My son is a handsome guy too and has a good job and has never been married. He just doesn't like women that try to control his every move.

it all depends on you, her and what you intensions are. I have a 22 yr old female friend that loves men in their 40's and 50's. I have 35 yr old friends that will not date a guy above 42. If you are looking for fun and don't care about a LTR or marriage in the short term....go as young as you want. If you are looking for a LTR and a possible marriage, 28 is the youngest but 32 might work better.

There is something that happens once you reach 28-32 that makes you want to be with someone in a meaningful way!

Well it depends on the man. It has nothing to do, as far as I am concerned, whether he is rich or successful. There are 47 yo that I would date and some I wouldn't ... I'm 23.

Depends on how good you are with women, and the womens preference in general. 47 is pretty old man, your almost 50, id say you would be lucky to date a girl between 35-40.

A man of your age in my opinion should not see a woman under the age of 38 or over the age of 50. Anything under that age is a little too young and there would be too many differences in culture, etc.

Anyone over 18, for starters. Lots of women, especially some young ones, don't care that much about a guys chronological age, as long as he looks good, treats them well and doesn't mind spending money on them. So if you can handle those requirements, I'd say go for anything that interests you who is interested in you. Just be careful that you don't fall into that "Sugar Daddy" category if you're looking for love.

I'm 27. I might consider a 47 year old if the chemistry was right.

It depends on the woman, really. I'm 49 and my wife of four years is 23. Its a great relationship. I'm not rich either. I'm a cop, so you know how much money I don't make!

my son's father is 15 years my senior. i had turned 25 and met him, he was 39. i think 15 years younger is fine. because he truly was the love of my life. it depends on how mature she is, u don't want to date someone who is 26 and acts like she's 18-u know what i mean..just look at the whole picture when u meet someone a few years younger.
