Bcoz animal protein is large n is entrapped in kidneys to cause damage.
Bt its all ok!... Nthing 2 think much on this.
Just eat it well coocked that's all.
It shud never b half coocked, it may cause parasitic infections.

it's not that bad at all but it's not advisable to eat it all the time. it's because pork meat (or even beef) is hard to digest. it has to be rotten first before it becomes fully digested. gross, isn't it? unlike chicken or tuna meat, the stomach can easily digest them rather than digesting pork and beef meat. as for me, eating pork and beef, kind of like experiencing guilty afterwards because of the feeling of having full belly and it gets to rot first before i could fully digest it. GROSSES me out!!

For me personally, because I'm allergic.
If you are Jewish or Muslim, because G-d will strike you down for violating dietary laws.

For everyone else, because it is relatively high in fat in comparrison to other meats. Lean ham is usually a good choice, but not bacon, ribs, or anything with a honey glaze on it.

cook it well and use the safe handling techniques standards and it's not bad for you unless you buy (and eat) the fatty parts.

The tenderloin is not fatty and is very good.
