You can use coffee or tea. Just shampoo your hair, then soak your hair with the coffee or tea, rinse, and condition. You can do this several times until you get the color you want.

that depends on how dark your hair is right now. you'll probably need to use some hair dye, and i would suggest using semi-permanent. semi-permanent is less damaging than permanent and will wash out eventually, as long as you don't go too many shades darker than your original hair color. you also might be able to rinse your hair with strong black coffee, maybe one to three times in a week, and that might help to deepen your natural color.

well what id do would be get lowlights it gives hair some depth and makes it appear alittle darker. low lights are only acouple shades darker than your hair, but it looks nice.
i know thats technically dying but it looks good.
