Your partner is lucky to have you. Let him know it (subtly) daily.

Can't say that ever bothered me - I'm a good person and treat everyone the way I'd like to be treated. If only more people would stop judging other people it would be a much better world!! I'm far from perfect - but I've always treated anyone I was with very well and I don't believe I'd need to be any better for anyone.

Yes I know that I am not good enough for him and if he knew the truth about me he would know this too. I have to try to be a good person and make myself good enough for him even tho the damage I have done probably means that i will never ever ever be good enough for him.

Sometimes. I'm a pretty confident person, but sometimes my mind will wonder if I'm good enough for him. I also wonder if he's the one for me. We get along great and everything. We have been together for a long time, I just wonder if this is it. We're getting to the point in our relationship where the next step is marriage. It's scary...... I think it's perfectly normal and healthy .

When we first got together over twenty years ago I did feel insecure as he was (is) very good looking where as I am but only in certain light (very dim light). Luckily even though other girls made eyes at him, he didnt know how good looking he was so he took absolutly no notice. Now we are both in our forties and three children later I dont worry about it.

all the time. My girlfriend is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She does more for me emotionally and physically than I could have ever imagined.
I always tell her how luck I am and that I don't deserve her but she always tells me that she feels the same way about me so I guess we are both lucky. Why do you ask?

yes... in that situation now where things has gotten complicated with the person I'm seeing. It's like hills and valleys. one minute we're on a high and the next its as if I just don't measure up. lately he's career is opening new opportunities for him to travel to different parts of the country to meet "prestigious" peoples and he's taking it to head. he acts as if he is now "better than" and everyone is beneath him

Human beings are not being appreciative in a first place...they tend to take things for granted when one is too good...woman fall easily to bad guys and "sticky like chewing gum" while men love bitches....it boils down to perspectives....how "good" can you be if the fellow is not being appreciative?!

Yeah, but that's natural. As long as your partner shows some kind of interest in you..you have no real need to stress. We are all different and we all express our selves differently.
