You will need to register the car in the UK before you can sell it.
See the section headed "Registering a previously used vehicle" on this page: http://www.direct.gov.uk/Motoring/BuyingAndSellingAVehicle/ImportingAndExportingAVehicle/ImportingAndExportingArticles/fs/en?CONTENT_ID=4022583&chk=fvejyg

you will need to get it re registered, it will need an MOT, and then you get it reregistered with the DVLA, not just sure how much it will cost, but suspect around £300, and the headlight will need to be changed.

i think you will need to get an MOT for it most garages will do this and as long as it passes you should be able to register it with the DVLA
