Please don't rely on a lot of laymen to diagnose a potential medical condition. Do see your doctor who will probably order some basic tests.
Having said that, you can probably rule out the more exotic disorders like chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc. Several possibilities come to mind:
- You may not be getting enough restful sleep.
- You may be under a lot of stress, which can sap your energy.
- You may have clinical depression. There are meds to help with this.
- You may be malnourished. Even though you eat enough, your nutritional needs may not be met. A multivitamin-mineral supplement would be a good idea.
- You may be anemic. Low iron will result in tired feelings. But your body does not absorb iron well from supplements. You need to get dietary iron from liver, dark green leafy vegetables and other food sources.
You say you're so tired that you sit around a lot. This may sound counterintuitive, but there's a vicious circle going on. The more sedentary you are, the more tired you feel. The more active you are, the more energy you have and the more upbeat you feel. My prescription, to be followed until you get medical advice to the contrary: Get out and walk or bike for at least 30 minutes a day. Force yourself. If you can do a little running, even better, but work up to where you can walk at a brisk clip. I promise, you will be amazed at how much better you feel and how envigorated you are!

Get a check up with your Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. You may be low in iron, or have other problems. A good exam and blood work should identify the problem and the Doc can address the problem. Do not take your health for granted or try to guess. You need to find the problem and work on recovery.

You may have a number of different physical problems you might want to go check out. assuming you're not suffering from depression, you may have chronic fatigue syndrome, epstein barrs virus (which is common in more than 75% of the people in america), or you may have mononucleosis which is the virus caused by epstein barrs.
You may also lack some vitamin deficiencies such as B-complex. You may want to go get full blood work and make sure you don't have any other factors in your life contributing to your constant fatigue
