Only in the most general of meanings (ie the brotherhood of man).

However, both Jews and Christians are (at least officially) to be considered "Muslim" since these faiths portend to worship the same monotheistic Almighty God which adherents of Islam worship.

That is not to say that all worship is the same in the eyes of Jehovah God.

It would be nice to hear an answer from a devoted Muslim. I don't know the answer. I consider everyone to be my brother or sister since we are all children of God, but then, I am not Muslim so that doesn't really help you now does it? Okay, I'll shutup now.

they are our brothers in humanity. if we are from the same nationality there will be a stronger bond which is the nationality brotherhood. and the strongest bond is the brotherhood of Islam.

so let's simplify it more
one big circle: human brotherhood
middle circle: nationality brotherhood
the narrowest circle and the tightest one: islam brotherhood

no they want to kill us.

Unless you consider the biblical mythological jealousy story of cain and able the definition of a proper brotherly relationship.

Lets see, the arabic cain, gets jealaous of the technological and financial success of the non-arab able and kills him.

Actually yeah, in that respect I can see how muslims would consider us a "brother".
