You can get different dog shampoos that are coat colour specific. You get these from a good pet store. Try that as they are designed to get rid of colour stains and bring up your dogs colour

It will probably just have to fade off, my sister spilt red food colouring on her cats white fur about a month ago and he is still a bit pink

Just leave it, you'll risk causing serious irritation if you keep adding different chemicals to your dogs coat. If the dog isn't scalded there's not really a problem.

Just let it grow out. Remember that dogs absorb things through their skin. Don't put any chemicals or cleaners on him.
