I have a round face but i don't know what type of hair cut i should get. Right now, it is just long without layers or anything. I wouldn't mind long or sideswept bangs. =)

Hi. I think the side swept bangs would be your best choice. How long is your hair? A layered cut to your shoulders with the side swept bangs would probably be very nice. With a round face you should keep hair close to the sides of your face and promote height to the crown. The zig-zagging part mentioned would help add height.

I kind of got a round face, and i cut my hair shorter, a little shorter than shoulder length. It wasn't a good thing, it made me look really fat, so I grew my hair longer, and have layers, and it works. I don't do the side swept bangs though. So, from experience, I would say, keep the long hair, but not with an even cut.

Side parted hair with side swept bangs works well with a round face. Try the zig zag part too. I am not a fan of a lot of layering with a round face but the ends would be fine with long hair, instead of a straight end cut.

go for the long or sideswept bangs. they look good with all face shapes. and i'd suggest getting some long layers, but you should ask your stylist what he or she thinks would be a good cut, or you can look at a book or magazine of hairstyles, find someone with a similar face shape to yours and see if you like one of those styles. there ar a lot of factors that go into choosing a hair cut, such as face shape, thickness or texture of hair, and time you're willing to spend doing your hair when you wake up in the morning, so be sure to take them all into account before getting your hair cut.

you should ask your stylist for a shag cut with lots of choppy layers and long side swept bangs. both of these things will promote a more angular look to your face and define your cheek bones. oh la la :)
