I've asked this question before but no one gave me any good answers

I don't really NEED to be on a diet, I just WANT to lose a few lbs. I am 5'6" & weight about 145lbs. I can't give up my morning coffee though. I don't use any sugar but I use a non-dairy creamer that has sugar in it. Will I still lose weight if i drink my coffee in the morning and follow the rest of the plan??

I drink one 16oz coffee every morning (usually just the weekdays) and about 1 ounce of non-dairy creamer (with sweetener IN it)

I can not live without mine. I suggest. Having your cup and follwing it with water or some type of drink that is on your day. Then maybe you will break even.. That's how I think when I am a diet or trying to eat healthier. Plus if I quit I end up back to chocalate or Dr Pepper. I allow myself my cup of coffee over chocolate and Dr pepper.

Most diet pills have caffenine in them so think of it as your energy boost.

Good Health to you

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Drink coffee just before the meals.

I woud think so. Up to three cups of coffee is ok for you, actually good for you. Coffee itself has no calories, it is what you put in it that gives it calories, and makes it bad for you.

All in all, if it is minimal intakes of the sugared creamer you should be ok. If you would like to try and reduce the calories from that you can use skim milk and splenda. They are the best options if you must alter your coffee.

Hope this helps!
Good Luck!

Go ahead and drink the coffee, just don't put sugar in it. A little bit of cream won't hurt unless you drink a LOT of coffee.

you should unless you're using so much of the creamer that your coffee becomes like a paste to plaster holes in a wall with,or you're drinking so much of it that you're liable to over stress your heart!have your coffee and lose!
