In this context I'd say "question" is expressing doubt or the need to discuss a matter that is in doubt. So you might consider the following.

Be doubtful about everything! ~ De omnibus dubita!

Debate everything! ~ De omnibus disputa!

To question all things.

Quodquam interrogare.
To question each thing.

"Interrogare" is to question a person.
"Quaerere" is to make inquiry into a thing.

So, "omnis quaerere".
