I am in the same boat as you are... my OB told me to use Tylenol Cold and Sinus.. It helps take hte edge off... I have had my cold for 2 weeks now, but if you take the Tylenol about 45 minutes before you go to be it should help to let you breath for most of the night. Also sleep propped up!!!

I've been told by my doctor that sudafed is safe while pregnant. You run the risk of anything you take in. You can always use saline spray to clear your nose or a nice hot steam shower. Or try menthol rub under your nose to help clear the way. That would be most natural way.

I took kids cough syrup when I was sick and pregnant. I figure if its safe for kids, then its safe for pregnant woman. I drank a lot of it tho!

ask your doctor but robitussin should be fine
