Before my morning spin class i have 1 slice light whole wheat bread with 1/2 tbs cashew butter, I eat a large breakfast (3 egg whites, 1 egg with lots of veggies, a 1/2 bowl oatmeal with soymilk and blueberries) I snack after three hours on fruit, veggies, or some sort of dairy of healthy fat, for lunch i have a turkey wrap with no condiments and lots of veggies with a cup of homemade lentil soup. On days i lift i have a protein shake with fruit. I usually eat dinner late around 8 (i go to bed around 10) but dinner is steamed veggies with about 4 oz of turkey or fish. I am a college student with a part time time and i work out. I feel like im eating too much (I am 5'5, 103lbs, small boned) but if i eat less i don't have energy. any suggestions on how I am doing or any tips to improve?

Sounds like you have a pretty good routine already, and are an informed person. You're height and weight are fine. I would suggest to eat differently. Try less eggs and replace them with other sources of protien throughout your day.

How is your sleep schedule? Do you worry a lot about work/school? These are also factors that can change how you feel about yourself too.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

you should eat before 8 if you go to bed at 10 becaus your food needs to digest and you should try eating a little less. and if your 5'5 and weigh 103 pounds you don't need a diet.

WOW! i wish i could do that. lol. i wouldnt worry about it. you sound like youve got it all together and have a very healthy lifestyle. that breakfast sounds good considering im really hungry right now. you arent eating too much. you are eating just the right amount to fit your lifestyle. if you were eating that amount of food in potato chips and snack foods, that would be a different story...
but youre not. theres not many ppl out there that have the will-power to do what youre doing with all the really good junk food in their kitchens.

I COMMEND YOU on being one of the few americans out there that live a healthy lifestyle.

You sound like you have things under control and are doing well. I don't have any suggestions for anything that you can change.
