give your keet some fresh fruit. it is possible thsat she just does not have enough fiber in her diet. if it has been more than 2 days since she hase had a bowel movement take her to an avian vet pronto!! it could be a VERY SERIOUS condition. :O

I would say take it to an avian vet. If you can see there are no fresh poops even within an hour, you can know something's up. Parrots have such fast metabolisms and budgies are just so small, you should notice at least three or four fresh poops in an hour's time.
There must be something blocking the poor thing's vent. Maybe something it's accidentally eaten or something's wrong inside.

If its a female it could be egg bound, give the bird a drop of vegetagle in food.

Check to make sure that poo and feathers are not blocking the vent. if thats not the problem, TAKE IT TO A VET NOW!!
