Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

you could probably lose about nine lbs, but i suggest adding some protiens and veggies in there too. here are some ideas:

protiens are important if you want to build some lean muscle or tone up. they also give you energy.

any lean protiens - turkey, chicken, fish, scallops, etc.

veggies are a source of anti-oxidants which inhibit oxidation in your body and prevent damage to cells.

any green vegetable - asparagus, broccoli, etc.

good luck

p.s. take it easy on the fruits - unless you want to wear a diaper.

A lot, but it would because of the diarhea. It is not a good idea to do something like this without consulting your doctor. You can really screw up yourself for a long time.
