always go through life with the best jobs, houses,cars etc and never seem to worry about anything

If there is such a correlation it is probably because atheists tend to be better educated.

I think they just focus on jobs, houses, cars, etc. Instead of putting all their work into loving a God who they believe will help them achieve these assets and a more spiritual being.

I wouldn't say that's necessarily true.
They tend to be more intellectual, and perhaps therefore have better jobs. But otherwise, opportunities don't exactly come a knocking. The Christians have this country locked up, and they're holding all the keys.
And the fact is, in life, it's who you know, not what you know.

Maybe it's because they're not foolish enough to believe that there is a fatherly being in the sky who is responsible for all the happenings and non-happenings on Earth.

Satan lulls them into a false sense of security to lure them further away from God until they never again hear his voice calling to them. Soon enough they will see what the price they will pay.

Umm I didnt know we went through live easy....but for some of us maybe it is because we dont worry about going to hell over the small things....

Because we focus on solving our problems ourselves, we set our goals, make our life plans, and realize that we have to do it ourselves if we want to succed. No magic invisible big guy in the sky is going to do it for us. We are responsible for our own success.

That's news to me! I am dirt poor, and have had to fight every step of the way to get where I am, which is still poor and working two jobs to just get by.
